It was all glitz and glamour at the 63rd annual Golden Globes. Drop earrings, big diamond earrings, and big diamond watches all glittered in the California sun as the celebrities showed off their borrowed fashion statements on the red carpet.

Kate Beckinsale wore large, pendant-like drops. Drops were also the style of choice for Reese Witherspoon who accentuated her vintage Chanel gown with earrings from Fred Leighton. Geena Davis coordinated her strapless red dress by Escada with a pair of 5 carat ruby drop earrings, surrounded by 14 carats of marquise, pear shaped and round brilliant-cut diamonds from Harry Winston. An 8 carat emerald cut diamond ring with diamond side stones, also from Harry Winston, completed the look.

Taking a different style route, Gwyneth Paltrow chose chandelier earrings that matched her off-white lacy Balenciaga gown.
